We are currently seeking a Commercial Management Project Manager: To achieve desired results through disruptive marketing strategies while managing the client’s budget, and continuously auditing and improving commercial tools. Responsibilities: * Develop marketing strategies (ATL, BTL, TTL, RP) for real estate projects * Manage marketing budgets * Create informational content for graphic materials * Audit the effectiveness of marketing strategies * Analyze project competition * Generate monthly and weekly reports * Measure and report results to clients on a weekly and monthly basis * Serve as the primary point of contact / front office for clients * Monitor project operations and provide recommendations for improvements * Act as the liaison between the commercial team, the client, and 4S * Prepare payment reports for the commercial team Technical Knowledge * *Budget Management* * *Marketing Tools* Technical Competencies * *Organization and Planning* * *Team Management* * *Communication Skills* * *Strategic Vision* * Working Hours: Monday to Friday * Willingness to travel * Salary: $30,000 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 per month Experience: * Project Manager: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
