Job Summary: The Project Manager oversees internal response, customer service, and personnel, leading and resolving issues in event production. Key Highlights: 1. Manages teams of 10 to 20 people with leadership and stress control. 2. Participates in the creative process, set design, and event setup. 3. Provides practical and effective solutions to clients. Encore is a prominent event production company specializing in in-person, hybrid, and virtual events within the hospitality sector or any venue across Mexico and the Dominican Republic. The Project Manager must demonstrate immediate responsiveness to internal processes, customer service, and effective personnel management (10–20 people), along with leadership, stress control, and the ability to deliver practical solutions to area-related issues. **Responsibilities:** Understand internal departmental processes related to timelines, show floor, and production. Management of shows (events) and client interaction. Establish and properly manage event setup timelines. Participate in the creative process, set design, motion graphics, and event setup. Effectively manage errors and expectations, and provide effective solutions to clients. Understand client expectations for their event through in-person, virtual, or hybrid meetings to identify specific requirements for the requested event. Organize and conduct rehearsals for upcoming events. **Requirements:** 2 years of specialized experience in set design, design, rigging, video, audio, and lighting.
