Summary: Vibracoustic is seeking a proactive Process Engineer to establish and maintain production standards, support training, develop documentation, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. You support our team as PROCESS ENGINEER (F/M/D) Responsibilities * Established the production standard methods for current process according to the process floe diagram and control plan, integrating the 4M's (Material, Machine, Method and Main). * Supports the training processes to achieve the training schedule according to the established standard. * Develops and maintains updated the necessary documents to establish the production standard (SOP, procedures, Forms, etc.). * Assist the quality department in solving issues and develop improvement activities that coming from internal and external sources. * Assist the maintenance department in solving issues, search and implement improvement activities on machines and/or production equipment. * Confirms that the BOM is met and submit periodic recommendations and/or changes of is needed to keep updated the material consumption. * Established and/or participates in continues improvement projects (Kaisen, Lean system, VPS, projects, 6 sigma, etc.). * Coordinator of the execution, management and closure of the APQP activities assigned to engineering in the plant. * Follows up to the engineering activities according to the project's general schedule (timing) along with Launch manager. * Attend the milestones meetings that area responsibility of the engineering in the plant. * Participates in the definition of optimal production methods for new processes or products integrating 4M's and meeting SQDC. * Coordinates the implementation of new production projects and/or processes. * Follow\-up to activities assigned to engineering to meet dates of new projects according to the implementation schedule. * Participates in the APQP events with customers and suppliers. Prepares the necessary engineering information for such events. Qualifications * Chemical Engineer, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical engineering or similar. * 3 or more years of experience in the area of Manufacturing Processes, preferably in automotive industrial, it would be a plus but not mandatory to have knowledge in manufacturing process principles (assembly or plastic mixing or MCU or curing). * Assembly and automated station processes, PLC programming, Robots or Cobots. * Process engineering process map, Lean methodology production processes (basic VPS tools), manufacturing process principles (assembly or plastic mixing or MCU or curing). * Manufacturing Processes (process design, specification book and process release). IATF 16949, Core Tools, AMEF and GD\&T drawing interpretation, basic knowledge in ISO 14001, 50001 and 45001\.
