You will lead engineering initiatives that enable successful product launches, ensure manufacturing readiness, and drive continuous improvement. This role directly impacts product quality, cost, and time\-to\-market while collaborating with cross\-functional teams to deliver solutions that matter to our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As an **NPI Engineering Manager**, you’ll be responsible for: * Managing and allocating engineering resources for the definition and implementation of engineering projects. * Leading product improvement initiatives and decision\-making related to new technologies. * Managing engineering change processes aligned with product and technology updates. * Leading **New Product Introduction (NPI)** activities from concept through manufacturing launch. * Ensuring manufacturing readiness, pilot runs, and production ramp\-up meet safety, quality, cost, and timing requirements. * Driving collaboration across multifunctional teams to ensure successful execution of engineering and manufacturing initiatives. * Promoting continuous improvement initiatives aligned with **Lean Manufacturing** principles. **Requirements** We are looking for people who are **results\-driven, collaborative, and passionate about engineering excellence**.
