Join us in shaping our future–and yours. **Role reports to:** GERENTE SENIOR DE ASSUNTOS MEDICOS**Location:** Latin America, Mexico, Distrito Federal, Mexico City**Work Location:** Hybrid**What you will do** The Medical Manager based in Ciudad De México is responsible for managing the design and implementation of medical affairs programs, overseeing project budgets and timelines, and leading your team to create educational, promotional, and reporting materials. You will ensure clinical trials comply with regulations, support technical training, manage vendor contracts, and maintain strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive product development: * Implement Medical Affairs Plan. * Coordinate scientific training activities, coordinate scientific information and communication to physicians for the areas of its competence (e.g. preparation of scientific documentation, symposia, Medical Education events), verifies the technical\-scientific contents relating to the promotional activities and materials and of the product printouts (technical data sheet, leaflet); reviews or draws up scientific documentation. * Enhance the collaboration, support, and communication between Medical Affairs and local e/or regional teams for a specific product or group of products and activities. * Strong collaboration with external scientific community in order to facilitate a continuous education and innovative projects to transfer of knowledge between the company, scientific leaders and a wider group of physicians and customers. * Implement activities as outlined in the Medical Affairs Plan under compliance and regulation with close collaboration with product development team, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Safety Officer, Local Safety Officer and marketing. **Main activities/tasks:** * Implement: Medical Affairs Plan, detailed scientific knowledge in diseases, treatment and products, Medical educational programs and materials. * MEDICAL\-SCIENTIFIC contribution to the business areas, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, company policies e regulations. * Support local training needs in drug/disease area * Liaise with R\&D functions as needed and appropriate **What We Are Looking For** Required Qualifications KNOWLEDGE \& SKILLS: * In\-depth knowledge with Medical Affairs * Ability to analyze, interpret and present complex scientific data in a concise and understandable scientific manner, both orally and in written format. * In\-depth knowledge and hands\-on experience in literature search and clinical data analysis * Innovative with the ability to coordinate and drive an exciting environment * Awareness of, and adherence to, company values, policy and SOPs * Attention to detail; Diligence in record\-keeping and documents * Ability to optimal manage time and prioritize responsibilities is required. * Ability to thrive in a global, cross\-functional environment * Ability to facilitate decision making in collaboration with others.
