Hybrid flexibility with growth potential to Full-Time Marketing Manager Job Title: Marketing \& Social Media Coordinator **Type:** Part\-Time (Potential for Full\-Time) **Schedule:** Hybrid (2 Days On\-Site / 3 Days Remote) **Location:** Puerto Aventuras **The Opportunity** We are looking for a driven Marketing \& Social Media Coordinator to bridge the gap between our physical operations and our digital presence. You will spend two days a week on\-site capturing the "heart" of the business and collaborating with the team, with the remainder of the week dedicated to remote execution, ad management, and building our reseller program. **Work Structure** * **On\-Site (2 Days):** Focused on content capture (photos/video), team meetings, and getting hands\-on with the products/services to understand the reseller needs. * **Off\-Site (3 Days):** Focused on ad optimization, graphic design, copywriting, and managing our Google/Social ad platforms. **Key Objectives** * **Social Media Presence:** Own the end\-to\-end strategy for Facebook and Instagaram, Youtube, Tiktok. * **Ad Infrastructure:** Build and launch our Google Ads and Social Media advertising funnels from scratch, for two brands. * **Reseller Program Development:** Create a professional, scalable "Partner Success" program, including all written guides and marketing collateral. **Primary Responsibilities** * **Content Production:** Use your on\-site days to gather "behind\-the\-scenes" content, interviews, and product shots. * **Campaign Management:** Manage the daily performance of Google Search and social media ads to ensure a positive ROI. * **Reseller Support:** Develop a comprehensive "Reseller Kit" that includes product spec sheets, sales scripts, and brand guidelines for our partners. * **Performance Tracking:** Provide weekly reports on lead generation and community growth. **Skills \& Qualifications** * **Experience:** 2\+ years in marketing, with a portfolio of social media work. * **B2B Mindset:** Understanding that marketing to a reseller is different than marketing to a consumer. * **Technical Proficiency:** High comfort level with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Canva. * **Self\-Starter:** Highly important to stay productive and meet deadlines during remote days without direct supervision. **Why Join Us?** * **Hybrid Flexibility:** The perfect balance of team connection and home\-office focus. * **Growth Track:** We are looking for a partner, not just an employee.
