The HR Business Partner team seeks a strategic HR partner to senior leaders who enable game\-changing business results by providing programs and solutions that unleash greatness in our associates. This individual must be comfortable working in a matrix environment to lead initiatives and broaden experience, while being agile in deepening business knowledge in vertical functions. **What You’ll Do:** * Responsible for providing strategic consulting and workforce planning to client groups and delivering an HR strategy that is aligned with the business needs * Support the planning and delivery of core HR processes ranging from performance \& talent management, leadership development, to change management and organizational design (including spans and layers work) * Support senior leaders on key areas such as building an inclusive and diverse team, creating a culture of belonging, and acting as a sounding board for all associates to encourage cross pollination, collaboration, and high performance **Basic Qualifications:** * Intermediate\-Advanced English fluency * Bachelor’s degree * At least 4 years of client facing or consulting experience * At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources **Preferred Qualifications:** * MBA or Masters degree * Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification * 6\+ years of client facing or consulting experience * 4\+ years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting *Capital One will only consider candidates that are Mexico citizens or permanent residents.* At Capital One, we respect individual differences in culture, religion, and ethnicity.
