Partnership to develop annual union strategy We are looking for a human resources professional to cover a maternity leave vacancy for a period of 3 months, with more than 5 years in Human Resources, with experience in handling payroll, taxes, government payments, unions and specific activities and responsibilities where solid experience in global Human Resources processes and confidential information management is required. A generalist knowledge and approach with the versatility to focus on priorities and solve pressing issues is part of the role, important strength in bonding and creating strong relationships for work stability, partnership to develop the annual union strategy with the Plant Manager, as well as compliance with local regulations, ISO requirements and assurance of corporate standards are the core activities for the position, as well as on\-site certification and recertification for technical competencies. Secure, coordinate, and facilitate onboarding for new hires, act as an advisor for onboarding efforts, and projects with other staff members; Coordinate, administer, and execute all local regulatory commissions (labor, seniority, training); Conduct visits/audits of authorities for compliance; Define with the Leaders the annual Training plans at the beginning of the year. This is the person responsible for coordinating the administration of training courses and ensuring that registrations are completed. Request, manage, prepare, documentation, hiring, terminations, and employee movements and ensure that physical files are properly managed. Provide the compensation team with the information required to integrate job offers, and work hand in hand to have the correct and updated employee information in the system. Design, implement and ensure the operation of the internal communication program. Manage regular payroll and special processes. Supervise the correct execution of the same, guaranteeing the payment of salaries, wages and benefits in a timely manner and in accordance with the company's internal control policies or rules. Validate the correct calculation and payment of applicable federal and state taxes (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, ISN: Payroll Tax), avoiding differences and untimely payments that affect the worker and/or the company. Supervise the correct administration of the savings bank, savings fund and pension plan by the supplier, ensuring the management and use of the contributions of the workers as defined in the Rules or Policies.
