As **HR Divisional Manager**, You will be responsible for leading the human capital strategy for the division, ensuring the alignment of business objectives with a culture of digital innovation. **Your Tasks will be:** * Manage Human Resources comprehensively across multiple plants, focusing on digital transformation and the implementation of new technologies. * Administer HR programs, including training in labor relations and HR systems. * Ensure compliance with Internal Control standards, as well as applicable legal requirements and regulations. * Coordinate, document, and monitor Human Resources Control systems. * Manage internal committees such as 5S, Safety, and the United Fund. * Train, audit, and follow up on issues related to Internal Control systems. **To be successful in this role you will need:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field. * ISO\-14001, IATF16949/ISO9001, and STPS Knowledge. * At least 5 years of experience in the field. * Proficient English Level.
