We are looking for a dynamic and hands on HR Manager to lead the people function in a fast\-paced manufacturing environment. This role is key to ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and a strong employee experience. Key responsibilities: Ensure full compliance with Mexican Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, and STPS regulations. Lead payroll processes, labor relations, and employee services. Oversee Safety \& Hygiene programs aligned with NOM standards. Drive recruitment, retention, and engagement initiatives. Partner with operations to support business objectives and workforce planning. Manage audits, legal processes, and government inspections. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 5\+ years of HR leadership experience in a manufacturing or maquiladora environment. Strong knowledge of LFT, IMSS, STPS, payroll, and labor relations. Fully bilingual (English–Spanish) is mandatory. Proven leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. Location: San Nicolas de los Garza, Nuevo Leon.
