Description
University degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience managing production teams, preferably in the pharmaceutical-chemical or manufacturing sector.
**Technical knowledge:**
* Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.
* Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices.
* Knowledge of Good Storage Practices.
* Knowledge of NOM-164-SSA-2015 Good Manufacturing Practices for Pharmaceuticals.
* Knowledge of general chemistry, inorganic chemistry, and organic chemistry.
* Knowledge of unit operations.
* Knowledge of critical systems and equipment.
* Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
**Responsibilities:**
1\.\- Supervise and monitor to ensure manufacturing processes are carried out in accordance with established procedures and instructions, signing work orders at the time the operation is being performed.
2\.\- Promote and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices policies and standards (including validation, cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance) as well as occupational safety, health, and hygiene guidelines.
3\.\- Direct and supervise, in coordination with various responsible parties, activities related to procurement, manufacturing, yield, storage, and manufacturing costs.
4\.\- Verify compliance with the annual and monthly production plans, as well as the storage schedule, to maintain continuous operation of the production plant.
5\.\- Train production personnel according to agreed-upon training plans.
6\.\- Participate in the design of new facilities and in the implementation of equipment and/or new technologies or new production projects, collaborating with other departments.
7\.\- Collaborate with the Human Resources department to implement training programs, performance evaluations, and incident reporting for personnel.
8\.\- Support audits when information regarding production equipment, systems, or personnel is required.
