Production Manager Job Description: A company dedicated to the manufacturing of rigid cardboard boxes is seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all production operations, ensuring process quality and efficiency, and leading a team of dedicated professionals. Requirements: * Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position * Leadership and team management skills * Ability to efficiently solve production and quality issues * Proficiency in Office software (intermediate-to-advanced level) · ERP · Production indicators (KPIs) · Personnel management Main duties and responsibilities: * Plan and coordinate daily plant operations * Schedule and properly track production orders · Ensure products are manufactured according to provided drawings and information · Request raw materials · Optimize resources and control costs * Supervise production staff performance * Plan and supervise preventive and corrective equipment maintenance * Ensure compliance with quality standards * Solve operational and technical problems * Implement continuous improvements in production areas and processes * Lead, train, and motivate plant supervisors and operators to ensure a committed and efficient team * Manage conflicts and promote a positive work environment * Ensure plant operations comply with industrial safety, environmental, and health regulations * Monthly plant productivity reports * Implement internal production controls · Report to Management Key skills and competencies: · Leadership · Personnel management · Problem solving · Assertive communication · Results orientation and resource optimization · Negotiation · Planning and organization. · Responsibility and commitment. · Technical and strategic analysis We offer: * Salary $13,500 – 17,000 per month * Weekly payments * Option for indefinite contract · Direct hiring by the company * Statutory benefits from day one * Work location: Iztapalapa (15 minutes from Periférico Oriente metro station) * Working hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:30 hrs.
