Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate work schedules. Design innovative menus aligned with seasonal ingredients and hotel standards. Control costs, inventory, and quality of supplies. Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. Collaborate with management on special events and gastronomic promotions. **Requirements:** Minimum 3 years’ experience as Executive Chef or Sous Chef in upscale hotels or restaurants. Knowledge of kitchen administration, cost control, and team leadership. Degree in Gastronomy or related field. Service-oriented attitude, creativity, and excellent personal presentation.
