JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Prepare and bake bread, pastries, and other bakery products following recipes and quality standards. \* Prepare and measure ingredients such as flour, yeast, sugar, and other supplies according to recipes. \* Ensure daily production meets the planned targets. \* Monitor inventory of ingredients and bakery products, reporting any replenishment needs. \* Guarantee the quality of the production and baking process for each product. \* Apply good manufacturing practices and adhere to established product quality standards. \* Ensure proper use and functionality of bakery equipment. \* Maintain communication with coworkers and staff via WhatsApp groups. REQUIREMENTS: \* Willingness to follow procedures, policies, and manuals. \* Proactive, committed, honest, and responsible. \* Experience operating ovens and general bakery equipment. \* Six months of experience in a similar position.
