




*Main Responsibilities:* Opening and closing of the branch. Lead, guide, coordinate, and continuously supervise the work team. Coordinate tasks related to receiving and unloading goods, storage, order tracking, and loading transfer units. Monitor attendance and ensure compliance with employee schedules at the branch. Optimize warehouse and supermarket space distribution by organizing products and merchandise efficiently. Manage promotional activities. Update inventory. Verify and monitor the condition and expiration dates of goods received in the warehouse and transferred to the store. Train new employees. Cash register reconciliation. Safeguarding and delivery of valuables. *Essential Requirements:* Age: 25 to 45 years Minimum experience: 2 years in warehouse and supermarket management roles. Education level: Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, industrial engineering, or related field; completed, in progress, or incomplete. Availability and flexibility in schedule (full shifts from Monday to Sunday). Experience in administrative tasks, expense verification, general logs, and document control. Knowledge of groceries, wines, and spirits. Proficiency in ICT (Information and Communication Technologies). Basic Windows/Office suite. Experience with any ERP system. Valid INE and driver's license. Excellent customer service attitude.
