Join our **sales** team and help more people hear the world around them better. **What are we looking for?** **General Requirements:** * **Education:** High school diploma (minimum). * **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in sales. * **Appearance:** Professional. **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Documentation:** Tax Status Certificate. * **Verifiable Experience:** Employment references will be checked. **Knowledge and Skills:** * **Empathy and active listening**, essential to understand patients’ auditory and emotional needs. * **Persuasion and sales closing skills**, without compromising professional ethics. * **Organization and follow-up** of appointments, hearing tests, and after-sales services. * **Service vocation** and customer satisfaction orientation. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Customer service and guidance regarding hearing aids. * Conduct hearing tests (according to training and internal protocols). * Recommend the most suitable type of hearing aid based on diagnosis, lifestyle, and customer budget. * Schedule follow-up appointments for adjustments or maintenance. * Address questions, complaints, or technical issues. * Operational and administrative management of the point of sale. **Work Location:** Walmart Nichupté Av. Nichupté, Sin Nombre, 77533 Cancún, Q.R. **What do we offer?** * **Salary:** $12,000.00 to $16,000.00 MXN monthly net.
