Join our **sales** team and help more people hear the world around them better. **What Are We Looking For?** **General Requirements:** * **Education:** High school diploma (minimum). * **Age:** 27 years or older. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in sales. * **Appearance:** Executive. **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Mandatory availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:50 am to 7:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:50 am to 6:00 pm.** * **Mandatory availability to attend a paid training program in Polanco lasting 8 to 10 weeks, Monday to Saturday.** * **Documentation:** Tax Status Certificate. * **Verifiable Experience:** Employment references will be checked. **Knowledge and Skills:** * **Empathy and active listening**, essential for understanding patients’ auditory and emotional needs. * **Ability to persuade and close sales** without compromising professional ethics. * **Organization and follow-up** on appointments, tests, and after-sales services. * **Service orientation** and customer satisfaction focus. **What Will You Do Daily?** * Customer consultation and guidance regarding hearing aids. * Conduct tests (per training and internal protocols). * Recommend the most suitable type of hearing aid based on diagnosis, lifestyle, and customer budget. * Schedule follow-up appointments for adjustments or maintenance. * Address inquiries, complaints, or technical issues. **Work Location:** Walmart Miramontes **What Do We Offer?** * **Salary:** $12,000 to $14,000 net per month (negotiable based on profile). * **Attractive Commissions** * **Benefits:** Statutory. * **Additional Benefits:** Partnerships and discounts at various merchants. **We Want to Meet You!** If you are passionate about helping people and seek to join a team that transforms lives, **Audiotech has a place for you**. **Apply today and become part of our success story!**
