You design your own lessons—not download them. You can explain why you chose a piece by Mozart and which cognitive process it activates at that moment. You receive direct feedback, implement it, and show up improved the next day. You understand that in a private school with its own educational model, authority resides with the teaching team and leadership—and rather than causing conflict, this gives you structure. You protect your children, their families, and your colleagues. _____________________________________________________________________ **What you’ll do:** 80-minute sessions with a real structure: greeting, movement, language, cognition, and closure. Music, play, and creativity as core teaching tools—not background noise. Individual development documentation using the CLASS model. Family conversations grounded in observed facts and evidence. Full-school projects—not just your classroom. All age groups are precious—and your lessons will impact multiple developmental levels. _____________________________________________________________________ **Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Preschool Education or related field; graduated or nearing graduation. Minimum one year of classroom experience (ages 3–6).
