Description
We are looking for preschool teachers who, when a four-year-old has a tantrum, instinctively ask not how to silence the child—but what their brain is trying to communicate.
We say this with conviction: you can tell as soon as you step into the classroom.

**At Beginners, every action serves a neurological function.**
Every transition is intentionally designed.
Every language activity has a clear, concrete purpose that can be articulated in plain words.
We are not a place where children merely pass time while growing up.
We are where the architecture of lifelong learning is built.

If your first response to any unexpected situation is to reach for a manual, you’ll feel uncomfortable here.
Not because we oppose rules—but because here, rules are built thoughtfully, not inherited bureaucratically.
**However, if your first instinct is to apply judgment, adapt, and then document what worked—that’s the teacher we’re seeking.**

**You’ll recognize yourself in this:**
You know the developmental domains but use them as a map—not a box.
You design your own lessons—not download them.
You can explain why you chose a piece by Mozart and which cognitive process it activates at that moment.
You receive direct feedback, implement it, and show up improved the next day.
You understand that in a private school with its own educational model, authority resides with the teaching team and leadership—and rather than causing conflict, this gives you structure.
You protect your children, their families, and your colleagues.

**What you’ll do:**
80-minute sessions with a real structure: greeting, movement, language, cognition, and closure.
Music, play, and creativity as core teaching tools—not background noise.
Individual development documentation using the CLASS model.
Family conversations grounded in observed facts and evidence.
Full-school projects—not just your classroom.
All age groups are precious—and your lessons will impact multiple developmental levels.

**Qualifications:**
Bachelor’s degree in Preschool Education or related field; graduated or nearing graduation.
Minimum one year of classroom experience (ages 3–6).
Courses in neuroeducation or child development are valued—and we notice them.
