DE C.V.** A leading company in telecommunications and cutting-edge infrastructure. **OBJECTIVE** Design, implement, and oversee tax and accounting strategies that optimize the tax burden within the legal framework, ensure compliance with tax, labor, and social security regulations, and strengthen the company’s financial efficiency. **Conditions:** \- Competitive salary. \- Statutory benefits. \- Opportunities for professional growth and development \- Dynamic and collaborative work environment \- Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 19:00 hrs. **Responsibilities:** · Prepare and review monthly and annual income tax (ISR), value-added tax (IVA), and withholding tax returns. · Design and implement lawful tax strategies (deductions, deferrals, incentives applicable to the technology and services sector). · Manage full payroll processing: calculation of ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, issuance of CFDIs, affiliation movements, and reporting. · Perform tax and accounting reconciliations related to taxes, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. · Coordinate and follow up on external audits and reviews, as well as requirements from SAT or IMSS. · Collaborate with operations and development departments to ensure correct issuance of electronic invoicing (CFDIs for services, international invoices, and payments to contractors). · Identify and quantify tax savings opportunities, along with their financial impact. · Prepare financial statements in accordance with Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) and support monthly accounting closings. · Maintain electronic accounting records, journal entries, ledgers, and control reports. · Ensure full and timely compliance with tax, accounting, and administrative obligations. · Review and validate inventories. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** · Tax compliance: 0% fines or penalties. · Tax efficiency: documented annual tax savings amount. · Payroll accuracy: ≤1% monthly incidents. · Response time to requests: ≤5 business days. · Timely IMSS declarations and notices: 100% compliance. **Minimum Required Technical Knowledge** · Mexican tax legislation (ISR, IVA, withholdings, legal entities, professional services). · Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) and electronic accounting. · Compliance and management of SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, REPSE, payroll CFDIs, and electronic invoicing. · Proficiency in accounting and payroll systems (CONTPAQi COI / NOI, Aspel NOI). · Advanced Excel (pivot tables, reconciliations, data analysis). · Basic SQL knowledge or ERP-based reporting is desirable. **Requirements:** \- · Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or related field (mandatory). \- Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting or finance. **WE ARE LOCATED 10 MINUTES FROM CUATRO CAMINOS METRO STATION, BLUE LINE, NEXT TO WALMART DE TOREO.** Employment type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $22,000.00 \- $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance Workplace: On-site employment
