




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced trainer to develop and deliver training programs on quality and food safety, as well as orientation programs for new employees. Key Highlights: 1. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Food Chemical Engineering, or related field * 1 year of experience in the position * Must reside within one hour of the workplace * Strong verbal communication skills * Food safety culture, food defense knowledge, familiarity with FSSC and HACCP RESPONSIBILITIES * Report issue(s) related to the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) to the designated person(s). * Develop the training program and maintain it up to date. * Monitor monthly/annual training programs. * Support quality and food safety programs. * Calculate training performance indicators. * Prepare materials for delivering topics and related events. * Deliver topics related to quality and food safety. * Deliver orientation topics for newly hired personnel. * Communicate with subject-matter instructors and department heads regarding topic delivery.
