The business development representative is the person who leads promotional, marketing, and inventory management efforts to secure medium- and long-term rentals, as well as accommodation packages with vacation or corporate lodging agencies. They are responsible for managing and attending to properties listed on Multi-Listing Services (MLS), digital rental platforms, and other distribution channels—from listing creation, photo management and upload, to handling prospective clients and rental requests. **Responsibilities:** * Listing, optimizing, and promoting traditional rental apartments on MLS platforms. * Responding to traditional rental inquiries, scheduling property visits, explaining the application process, and coordinating chat groups with potential prospects for rental processes. * Following up on property visits and rental applications. * Coordinating rental contract signings with the responsible department. * Building and establishing corporate relationships and agreements, particularly with vacation and corporate travel agencies. * Managing agreements for short-, medium-, and long-term rentals, as well as traditional rentals. * Designing service packages tailored to vacation or corporate client groups. * Managing and tracking rental collections. * Managing, tracking, and renewing traditional rental contracts. * Receiving and managing billing requests. Designing and continuously conducting comparative analysis of the Competitive Set. * **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, International Business, or related field. * Preferred: Courses or certifications in real estate sales, digital marketing, or property management. * Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development, property management. * Experience managing rental platforms such as Airbnb, Booking, Expedia, and/or MLS (Multi-Listing Services). * Results-oriented mindset and strong customer service orientation. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across departments (sales, legal, collections).
