Experience in branch maintenance. **WORK CONDITIONS:** Weekly payments every Friday. Work location: the Comex store assigned according to the activity schedule. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Attend to branch needs; repair and maintain facilities and furniture in good condition. Preventive and corrective maintenance; support for store remodeling, branch openings, etc. **BASIC KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED** Electrical work (lamp replacement, lighting failures, etc.) Plumbing (replacement of water mixers, leaks in stores, etc.) False walls (Plaka or light maintenance): assembly of false walls, patching. Painting: remodeling, color changes. Masonry: tile installation.
