Proficiency in Walmart Mexico portals Administrative Tender Assistant – Retail Construction (Walmart) A construction company specializing in retail projects is seeking: Administrative Tender Assistant – Retail Construction (Walmart) Requirements: Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Engineering or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in private retail tenders, preferably for Walmart Group projects. Experience in compiling administrative, technical and financial tender dossiers. Proficiency in Walmart Mexico portals. Intermediate Excel skills. Document control and tracking of critical deadlines. Responsibilities: Proposal integration and submission, control of legal and administrative documents, uploading to portals, meeting and deadline tracking, tender archiving and control.
