




Position Summary: A major Mexican company seeks an Accounting Assistant (Payroll) with experience to manage payroll incidents, pre-payroll processing, payroll stamping, payroll reports, as well as calculations and filings with IMSS, SAT, and FONACOT. Continuous training **Mexican company leader in the manufacturing of high-quality flexible packaging, with over 50 years in the market, consolidating ourselves as a company recognized for our quality, innovation, and commitment to our customers; due to growth, we require:** **ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT (PAYROLL)** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting * Minimum 3 years of payroll experience * Knowledge of NOI, IMSS, LTF, LISR, SAT * Proficiency in Excel and/or ERP systems **Responsibilities:** * Payroll incident control * Management of overtime and savings fund * Payroll stamping * Settlement management * Payroll reporting * SUA payment calculations * Pre-payroll processing * IMSS registrations and cancellations * FONACOT calculations * Determination of employer-employee contributions * (SIPARE) * Calculations for IMSS, FONACOT, and INFONAVIT * Support during internal and external audits **We Offer:** * Salary of $13,000 – $15,000 gross * Weekly payment * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. * Savings fund * Statutory benefits * Continuous training * Additional days off * Physical food baskets twice per year Employment type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
