Currently, we are seeking a Lead IT Governance Consultant to work **onsite in CDMX** with our client **Totalplay.** **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree in Administration, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field (graduated or in process) * Minimum of **3 years of experience** in IT governance, audits, and process management * Advanced knowledge in **PCI DSS, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, ITIL, COBIT, eTOM**. * Experience in defining, documenting, and updating processes, policies, and manuals. * Proficiency with ITSM tools such as **Jira, ServiceNow, Remedy, HP, RTC**. * Knowledge in risk management and business continuity. * Experience participating in internal and external audits. * Desired certifications: **ITIL Expert**, ISO 20000/27001/42001, PCI DSS. **Main Responsibilities:** * Follow up on findings and gaps identified during audits (PCI, ITIL, COBIT, ISO). * Actively participate in internal and external audits of SGTP and SGIA. * Document and formalize processes, policies, and manuals for the Systems department. * Conduct gap assessments against ISO 42001 and regulatory frameworks such as EU AI Act and LFPDPPP. * Coordinate certifications, reviews, and advisory services with firms such as Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC, Mazars. * Propose continuous improvements for SGTP and SGIA. **What we offer:** * Net monthly salary of $41,000 MXN * Statutory benefits. * Additional benefits: Major Medical Insurance and Life Insurance. * Profit sharing. * 15 days of Christmas bonus and 25% vacation premium. * Opportunities for growth and professional development. **Interested in this opportunity?** Apply directly through this channel. **We would love to meet you and connect your talent with this great opportunity!** Job type: Full-time Salary: $41,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance Work location: Onsite employment
