Advising policyholders on insurance policies and procedures. **DB Soluciones is seeking an Insurance Adjuster in Coyoacán, Mexico City** -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Insurance Adjuster MUST HAVE SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY Education: Completed high school diploma Experience: Minimum 1 year as an Insurance Adjuster MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND BE ABLE TO DRIVE Responsibilities: * Claims Assessment: Conducts physical inspections of damages (vehicles, property, etc.), takes photographs, and collects evidence. Hospital paperwork processing in the GMM (Major Medical Expenses) sector. * Investigation and Witness Statements: Interviews involved parties and witnesses to determine the cause and liability of the accident. * Mediation and Advisory Services: Guides policyholders on contracted services (towing, medical expenses, legal assistance) and required procedures. * Valuation and Settlement: Determines the value of the loss and the amount the insurer must pay, based on the policy and technical report. * Report Generation: Prepares a detailed report outlining the facts and conditions of the claim for the insurer.
