




Ensure proper administrative management of personnel, tracking them from onboarding through to their departure from the organization. Daily preparation and submission of personnel intake reports. Enter into the system the supplies required for the proper functioning of operations. Assign PPE and uniforms upon each shift’s start, maintaining proper inventory management of equipment and supplies. Provide the organization with the appropriate talent within the required timeframe, ensuring proper management of the recruitment and selection process. Promote employee satisfaction by maintaining a favorable work environment within their department. Guarantee workers’ physical integrity to prevent work-related accidents or illnesses. Ensure continuity and follow-up of assigned operations by training backup personnel and providing them with the necessary tools and information to cover the primary position during vacations or due to human-related absenteeism.
