Safety Culture Development and Training Terrestres Esteban invites you to join us as: Safety and Hygiene Supervisor Requirements: * Theoretical and practical knowledge in SHE administration, * Proficiency in NOM-035-STPS (MANDATORY) * Risk assessments and accident/incident investigations. * Understanding and interpretation of applicable standards and legislation. * Planning, implementing, and evaluating strategies to foster safety awareness and culture. * Responsibility for crisis management and emergency response. * Conducting 5-minute safety talks prior to each shift start. * Training new employees in accordance with the master training program. * Residency in Santiago Tianguistenco.
