Join our team! **Job Mission** The mission of this role is to guarantee that products are delivered to customers on time and as required, via the digital home delivery channel, through correct operations, strict adherence to processes and service protocols, thereby achieving established quality standards. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure the channel’s home delivery service objectives are met. \- Monitor incidents and/or accidents related to the channel. \- Ensure the availability and optimal operation of the channel’s physical and technological tools. \- Manage staffing levels in accordance with demand, productivity, and channel analysis. Requirements \- Completed high school or technical degree. A bachelor’s degree or engineering degree (in progress or completed) in economics or administration is desirable. \- 1+ year of experience in the home delivery service channel.
