Join our team! **Job Mission** The mission of this role is to guarantee on-time and accurate product delivery to customers via the digital home delivery service channel, through proper operations, strict adherence to processes and service protocols, thereby achieving established quality standards. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure the achievement of objectives for the home delivery service channel. \- Monitor and follow up on incidents and/or accidents related to the channel. \- Ensure the availability and optimal functionality of physical and technological tools used by the channel. \- Manage staffing in accordance with channel demand, productivity, and channel analysis. Requirements \- Completed high school or technical degree. A bachelor’s degree or engineering degree (in progress or completed) in economics or administration is desirable. \- 1\+ year of experience in the home delivery service channel.
