Coordinating with stationery suppliers, requesting authorization from the commercial department to place orders, and maintaining inventory control at the branch. Actively participating in recovering outstanding balances (cash, documents, funds) from the previous day's branch closing. Assisting the supervisor in digitizing documents and sending them to respective departments via email or courier.
