Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll and IMSS Analyst to cover a maternity leave, responsible for payroll calculation, incident management, and compliance with tax and labor obligations. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in payroll calculation and compliance with the Federal Labor Law. 2. Advanced Excel, macro, and IMSS system (SUA, IDSE, SIPARE) proficiency. 3. Analysis of incidents, employee onboarding/offboarding, and annual calculations. IMPORTANT: A GRAPHIC ARTS COMPANY IS SEEKING **P A Y R O L L A N D I M S S A N A L Y S T** (Maternal leave coverage) **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (completed or intern) * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a payroll executive * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel and macro skills * Knowledge of payroll calculation, ISR (Income Tax), IMSS, INFONAVIT * Familiarity with the Federal Labor Law, Income Tax Law, and 3% payroll tax **Responsibilities:** * Weekly incident analysis for payroll calculation * Employee onboarding/offboarding and salary adjustments in payroll * Annual calculations: PTU (Profit Sharing), Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo), severance payments (Finiquitos), settlements (Liquidaciones), and disability benefits (Incapacidades) * Personnel roster control, reporting, staff movements, and incident tracking per the Federal Labor Law and IMSS regulations * Monitoring of payroll stamping (timbrado) * Management of IMSS, SUA, IDSE, and SIPARE systems * Annual calculation of Work Risk Premium (Prima de Riesgo de Trabajo) * Tracking of ST-7 and ST-2 forms * Calculation of INFONAVIT and FONACOT withholdings **Competencies:** * Adherence to established procedures * Analytical ability * Proactive attitude * Conflict resolution skills * Ability to work under pressure * Teamwork Schedule: Monday to Friday Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Transportation Cafeteria Position Type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $13,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Cafeteria service * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
