




Job Summary: This role focuses on the execution, control, and monitoring of logistical activities related to contracts and orders, ensuring proper document management and effective communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of contracts and logistics orders. 2. Management of databases and contractual documentation. 3. Effective communication with operations departments and customers. **WORK LOCATION**: San Miguel Topilejo, Tlalpan, CDMX. **WORK SCHEDULE**: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 hrs; Saturdays, 8:00–13:00 hrs. **EDUCATION**: Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field. **WE OFFER**: Gross salary of $9,640 + statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus). * Execute all activities inherent to the fulfillment and logistical control of contracts. Record all information contained in contracts and/or orders into the Contract/Order Fulfillment Progress database, adhering to established rulings and/or award decisions. * Review and notify the Logistics Operations Manager of any missing items from each contract and/or order. * Request inventory availability using the authorized format for goods both available and unavailable in warehouse stock. * Monitor the logistical control process, administration, and follow-up of contracts until delivery note and/or invoice are obtained. * Maintain effective and continuous communication with operations departments involved in procurement procedures. * Keep up-to-date the documentary archive containing all information related to the contract and/or order. * Report any irregularities arising during the contract procurement process to the immediate supervisor. * Provide supervisors with updates on progress regarding contract or order fulfillment activities. * Receive, correct, certify, interpret, use, prepare, draft, register, update, cancel, clean, send, and/or file requests for inventory availability, delivery notes, shipments, line-item orders, purchase orders, and internal information. * Verify, correct, and update requests for inventory availability, delivery notes, shipment requests, or invoicing. Code, classify, compile files, interleave documents, request and carry out document exchanges, consult catalogs and archives using recording and computing equipment, and handle printed forms. * Answer telephone calls and schedule appointments. * Address inquiries and clarifications from company staff or customers directly or via any official communication channel. * Participate in the preparation of general reports. * Report completed activities.
