Master of Ceremonies (MC), Entertainer. We are looking for an MC/presenter with outstanding expressive ability and strong stage presence to join our TikTok Live group broadcast project focused on dance content. You will be responsible for sustaining energy throughout each broadcast: linking segments, activating audience interaction, managing pacing, and maintaining the live show’s dynamic flow. Responsibilities: Create an active atmosphere that boosts audience participation and retention during the broadcast. Manage interaction, presentation, and overall pacing of the live stream. Coordinate on-screen with multiple dance streamers, guiding talent segments, conversations, interactive activities, and gift-giving. Follow the schedule and plan defined by the operations team. Handle unexpected situations during the live stream while maintaining content fluency and improvisation. Participate in rehearsals, training sessions, and feedback discussions regarding content and performance. Requirements: Must be of legal age. Excellent expressive ability, clear diction, and strong real-time responsiveness. Prior experience as a presenter, show entertainer, radio host, live host, or streamer with proven ability to control the atmosphere is highly valued. Outgoing personality, charisma, sense of humor, and confidence on camera. Basic understanding of TikTok content style or short-video platforms. Experience or formal training in dance or performing arts is a plus. Strong teamwork skills and seamless collaboration with dancers and the operations team.
