You will be responsible for leading the Human Resources department, ensuring regulatory compliance, organizational development, and alignment of human capital with business objectives. We seek a mature profile with leadership skills, sound judgment, and decision-making capability. Responsibilities * Design and update internal HR policies. * Manage recruitment and selection processes for strategic positions. * Execute payroll, compensation, and fulfillment of labor obligations. * Develop training plans and identify learning needs. * Implement strategies to reduce turnover and strengthen workplace climate. * Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in labor matters. * Manage onboarding and offboarding processes. * Act as mediator in labor conflicts. * Develop and supervise the HR team. * Provide strategic support to senior management in organizational decisions. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar (senior-level) role. * Demonstrable experience in labor legislation and personnel administration. * Proficiency in HR metrics. * Experience supervising payroll.
