




Job Summary: This role involves recruitment, selection, and supervision of personnel across five work sites, ensuring daily staffing levels and managing HR administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end recruitment and personnel selection management 2. Coordination of internal events and development of HR policies 3. Personnel administration and negotiation with employees Responsibilities: Conduct recruitment and selection for personnel across the five work sites Supervise onboarding, placement, and orientation of new employees Ensure daily staffing levels at each work site, arranging replacements in cases of absenteeism Prepare weekly work schedules Prepare payroll drafts Issue pay slips Create and maintain employee personnel files Draft administrative minutes Manage uniform allocation Handle negotiations with employees Coordinate internal events Support managers and floor supervisors in aligning personnel by competencies Manage various job platforms and job boards Develop and implement HR policies Administer biometric systems Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Company phone Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Personnel administration: 2 years (Mandatory) * HR-related roles: 2 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
