Opportunity for career growth and job stability A reputable gastronomic company is looking for a Food/Production Engineer to supervise sauce production processes and plant operations. **We seek an organized individual with leadership skills and experience in food production, quality control, and food safety.** **Requirements** * Degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field (in progress or completed) * **Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position (MANDATORY)** * Experience in food production plants * Knowledge of food safety standards and quality management systems * Experience coordinating production lines * Inventory, batch, yield loss, and expiration date management * Management of work teams * Training and development of staff * Operation of production machinery and tools **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate workflow in production * Monitor operational activities and production targets * Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives * Ensure raw material supply through purchase orders * Verify inventories and finished product deliveries * Supervise compliance with quality and food safety standards * Manage and develop the assigned team * Ensure proper functioning and availability of machinery * Schedule preventive maintenance * Waste control and resource optimization * Prepare reports for senior management * Implement continuous improvement initiatives and risk reduction **Skills** * Leadership * Effective communication * Personnel management * Operational organization and follow-up * Problem analysis and resolution **Schedule** * Monday to Friday: 08:00–17:00 hrs * Saturday: 08:00–14:00 hrs **We Offer** * Salary: $13,500 gross per month * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Job stability * Career growth opportunity If you are interested, please apply.
