REQUIREMENTS: Education and/or Experience: High school diploma, technical degree, or incomplete bachelor’s degree; 6 months of experience in the position. KNOWLEDGE: Proficiency in computer equipment operation. Motorcycle operation (preferred). Basic knowledge of the Customs Law. COMPETENCIES: Friendliness. Teamwork. Sense of urgency. Assertive communication. Ability to work under pressure. Positive attitude and willingness to meet operational needs. Resourcefulness. ACTIVITIES: Compliance with the Customs Clearance Program. Attending to merchandise verification prior to clearance. Reporting to customs on time to handle customs inspections, declarations, or notifications. Ensuring completion and submission of the Security Seal Control Form. For each RED notice, correctly requesting invoices documenting performed operations.
