Pediatric hospital seeking talent for the following vacancy: **SYSTEMS ENGINEER** **Requirements:** * Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering/Computer Science or related field * Excellent customer service attitude * Knowledge of ERP (Harmoni) **Responsibilities:** Document, analyze, and optimize clinical processes to ensure proper alignment with the Electronic Clinical Record (ECR). \- Configure forms, catalogs, business rules, clinical templates, and user profiles. \- Provide first- and second-level functional support. \- Manage incidents and requests using ticketing tools and the HIS vendor. \- Plan, execute, and document functional, integration, and regression testing. \- Train clinical users; develop manuals, quick-reference guides, and manage a network of super-users. \- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to security and privacy best practices (NOM‑024, NOM‑004, LFPDPPP). \- Monitor key performance indicators: adoption rate, data quality, incident frequency. \- Analyze post go-live improvements and propose continuous clinical workflow optimization. \- Ensure seamless integration with systems such as LIS, RIS, PACS, and other clinical platforms. **Skills:** \- Excellent communication skills with medical and nursing staff. \- Ability to translate clinical needs into clear functional requirements. \- Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation. \- Change management capability and ability to train diverse groups. \- Organizational skills, tracking ability, and prioritization based on clinical impact. \- Collaborative work across operational departments, IT, and vendors.
