




Position Summary: Coordinate bars in accordance with the company's established quality standards and supervise their operations, staff, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Staff management and hygiene standards **Position Objective** Coordinate bars based on the company's established quality standards. As Bar Captain, you will perform the following duties: \* Supervise bar setup, opening, operation, and closing. \* Supervise beverage quality and presentation. \* Prepare staff schedules, attendance lists, and withdrawal vouchers. \* Conduct pre-opening meetings for each shift as required, supervising staff appearance. \* Supervise proper use of operational equipment and beverages under your responsibility, maintaining the established par-stock through inventories. \* Coordinate and supervise bar service. \* Supervise implementation of hygiene standards. \* Supervise and control non-included beverages. \* Supervise care of loaned equipment. \* Coordinate implementation of stipulated training programs. \* Control beverage costs. \* Supervise completion of temperature logs for consumption areas. \* Support other departments in case of urgency and/or emergency.
