





Branch Administrator Automotive Axles and Components Auto parts retailer specializing in tractor-trailer components, with over 25 years of experience. We are seeking an administrator to perform the following responsibilities: Responsibilities: * Customer service (quotations, invoicing, and other sales-related processes) * Accounts receivable management (reporting and follow-up) * Accounts payable management (reporting and follow-up) * Warehouse management (conducting inventories, adjustments, etc.) * Attendance tracking and supervision of task execution * Procurement (obtaining quotations, inventory control, supplier quotations) * Returns management Experience * Minimum 4 years of experience in administrative roles * Experience in procurement * Experience in revenue and expenditure management Education * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term position Salary: $12,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Company-provided parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
