We are seeking an **Architecture and Decoration Projects Salesperson** to join our commercial team. The position focuses on providing personalized customer service, design consulting, and closing sales for residential projects and decoration items. The ideal candidate combines knowledge in architecture or design with commercial skills, a passion for decoration, and a results-oriented mindset. **Responsibilities** * Advise customers on decoration, style, and solutions for residential projects. * Identify customer needs and propose options for furniture, materials, colors, and finishes. * Prepare quotations and provide timely follow-up for each project. * Coordinate site visits with customers to gather information (measurements, photographs, and requirements). * Manage requests and follow-up on renders. * Provide post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion. **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. * Experience in sales, customer service, or commercial areas. * Passion for architecture, design, and decoration. * Basic knowledge of furniture, materials, and finishes. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills. * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented individual. * Must have a **personal vehicle**. **We Offer** * Base salary. * **3%** commission on residential projects. * **6%** commission on decoration item sales. * Commission for render sales. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity for professional growth within an established company.
