Financial analysis and executive reporting with a focus on IT. **Job Mission** Ensure the financial health and operational efficiency of a large IT company through strategic budget administration, technological project control, and financial information analysis. **Profile:** * Proven experience in TECHNOLOGY-sector companies (multinational corporations) (IT, Software, Telecommunications). * Experience: Minimum 5 years in administrative, financial, or controlling management positions. * Demonstrable track record managing large-scale budgets (+1,000 MDP) and multiple cost centers. * Technical Skills (Hard Skills): Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, financial models). Expert-level ERP usage (SAP Business by Design is a key differentiator). **Responsibilities:** * **Planning, Budgeting and Financial Control (Budgeting & Controlling).** Lead the development and consolidation of the Annual Corporate Budget, allocating resources across key areas such as Software Development, IT Infrastructure, Technical Support, Sales, and Marketing. \- Manage expense control and budget execution across multiple Cost Centers (CeCos), ensuring profitability of technology implementation and custom development projects. \- Coordinate the preparation of monthly financial forecasts and forecasts by Business Unit (BU) and by project, identifying risks and variances. * **Financial Analysis and Executive Reporting.** Consolidate financial information from various departments (Sales, Operations, R&D) for reporting results to the Board of Directors (BoD) and International Executives. \- Conduct variance analysis and monitor key KPIs for the IT sector: Contribution Margin per project, ROI in technology development, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), Churn, and their financial impact. \- Prepare weekly executive reports on Cash Flow, Accounts Receivable, and overdue receivables, with emphasis on long-term contracts and managed services. * **Technology Project and Cost Administration.** Supervise cost and expense analysis associated with technology operations: licensing, cloud, infrastructure, hardware, and specialized consulting. \- Ensure profitability margins are met in project sales—from initial estimation through to closure—guaranteeing accurate billing at consistent margins. \- Validate the financial viability of new technology projects, participating in contract reviews with clients and IT vendors. * **Tax Compliance, Treasury, and Auditing.** Supervise proper fulfillment of tax obligations (VAT, Income Tax) and respond to requirements and audits issued by the Tax Administration Service (SAT), common in international operations (export/import of technology services). \- Manage estimation and submission of operational and strategic Cash Flow statements. \- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, as well as Group or Corporate audits, ensuring correct integration of information. * **Operations, Continuous Improvement, and Leadership** \- Implement and optimize the use of ERPs and technological tools (SAP Business by Design) for daily financial operation control and tracking. \- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and technical leaders for proper resource administration, staff-related expense allocation, and maintenance. \- Authorize reimbursements, expense verifications, and travel allowances, ensuring compliance with company policy. **We Offer:** Work schedule: Monday to Friday Working hours: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm 2-hour lunch break Statutory benefits Employment type: Full-time Salary: $38,000.00 – $40,000.00 per month Application question(s): * Do you hold a degree and/or professional license?
