Join us at the intersection of saving and sustaining lives, where your purpose accelerates our mission. **Your Role at Vantive** **Primary Job Objective:** Ensure warehouse operations comply with Health Regulations and standards, as well as receipt, picking, staging, and shipment of products per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), in accordance with Quality, Safety, Financial, Corporate, and Regulatory requirements applicable to the Central Warehouse and Distribution Area. Provide services and information to internal customers of the organization. Safeguard company assets. Ensure timely and accurate receipt, staging, and shipment of orders. **What You’ll Do at Vantive:** * Responsible for monitoring all receipt, picking, storage, distribution, and related transaction processes in enterprise resource planning systems (JDE), strictly adhering to standardized operating procedures and all applicable regulations across all three operational shifts. * Supervise shift personnel (attendance, schedule compliance). * Assign equipment and tasks according to process requirements. * Manage and issue radio-frequency equipment. * Responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy. * Responsible for compliance with internal inventory controls. * Responsible for reporting operational performance indicators. * Monitor compliance with financial, EHS, and Quality regulations. * Verify that all transactions are processed timely and accurately. * Verify control and tracking of return documentation. * Efficiently manage technical and operational staff. * Comply with the annual training program and established goals and objectives. * Coordinate technical and operational staff to meet shipping schedule requirements. * Build cross-functional teams and motivate participation in operational improvement suggestions. * Follow up on special customer requirements. * Timely follow-up and resolution of issues identified within the area. * Ensure control of documentation generated during the process. * Ensure control of printed materials stored in the warehouse. * Submit purchase requisitions for warehouse process supplies. * Responsible for administering and maintaining the training folder for operational staff. * Manage process deviations and resolve process-related issues. * On-time delivery compliance. * Productivity compliance (based on Tableau, Power BI, and database). * Manage/resolve inventory discrepancies. * Ensure compliance with BPDs in records corresponding to applicable SOPs in operations. * Schedule delivery of Home Choice machines for direct-to-patient shipment. **What You’ll Bring:** * Industrial Engineering degree or related fields in Logistics and Process Management. * 3 years of experience in supply chain process management. * Experience using information technology tools (WMS/ERP). * **Advanced English proficiency (interview will be conducted in English)** **Knowledge:** * ERP and WMS knowledge. * Knowledge of local health regulations (COFEPRIS) and international standards ISO 9001 / ISO 13485. * FDA regulatory knowledge. * Trend analysis. * Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, NOM-059, and SOX standards. **Reasonable Accommodation** Vantive is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities globally.
