We are seeking a **Safety Supervisor** responsible for supervising and coordinating plant personnel activities, ensuring that work is carried out safely and in accordance with the client's and company's established guidelines and procedures. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and issue work permits. * Supervise safe execution of plant activities. * Coordinate operational staff to implement safety measures. * Verify correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Conduct field safety tours and inspections. * Identify and report unsafe acts or conditions. * Deliver safety talks to personnel prior to commencing activities. * Track client safety documentation and requirements. * Manage personnel credentialing and document control. * Coordinate safety activities with supervisors and plan coordinators. **Requirements** * Education: Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Safety, or related field. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in industrial safety or plant supervision. * Knowledge of work permits and risk analysis. * Availability for fieldwork. **Skills** * Leadership * Effective communication * Teamwork * Responsibility and follow-up * Decision-making **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Uniforms and personal protective equipment * Job stability SCHEDULE: WEDNESDAY TO MONDAY, 8:00 AM TO 6:00 PM Salary: $14,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
