Responsibilities: Participate in Top 5 meetings. · Participate in and train on QRQC. · Efficient shift handover (Provide accurate and timely transmission of production information, incidents, events, accidents, etc.). · Implementation of 5S. · Ensure compliance with quality requirements. · Implement QSE with all necessary actions to prevent, reduce, and eliminate any defect or failure in produced parts. · Responsible for quality assurance according to their respective shift. · Ensure product requirement conformity. · Control Plan. · Quality alerts and 8D reports. · Release of finished products. · First-piece release and follow-up. · Increase customer satisfaction. · Corrective actions. · Risk reduction.
