With presence in **Mexico City, Puebla, Veracruz, Xalapa, and Ciudad Juárez** We are seeking to integrate our new talent — **"Procurement Analyst"** — into our team. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * **Analysis and Planning:** Analyze sales history, trends, and competition to generate accurate demand and supply forecasts. * **Procurement Management:** Execute domestic and international procurement, ensuring end-to-end tracking from purchase order issuance to in-store stock availability. * **Strategic Negotiation:** Develop new suppliers and negotiate terms to secure exclusive items and improved margins. * **Inventory Optimization:** Design pricing and clearance strategies for slow-moving inventory, as well as decide on discontinuation or renewal of product lines. * **Collaboration:** Maintain consistent communication with foreign stores and sales teams to identify needs and enhance service delivery. **Ideal Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in procurement management and inventory control (automotive sector experience preferred). * **Tools:** Advanced Excel (mandatory) and Intermediate–Advanced English. * **Competencies:** Strong analytical ability, negotiation skills, results orientation, and organizational capability. * **Resilience and Frustration Tolerance:** Ability to remain calm and proactively seek solutions amid supplier delays or urgent store requirements. * **Assertive Communication:** Skill to negotiate firmly yet non-aggressively, maintaining long-term positive relationships. * **Empathy and Service Orientation:** Understanding the needs of branches, warehouses, and the sales team as "internal customers." * **Adaptability:** Flexibility to adjust plans in response to sudden shifts in demand or market conditions.
