Armstrong Laboratorios de México is seeking your talent as: Medical Representative, which entails specific responsibilities for promoting products, achieving targets, and driving unit growth through effective medical promotion, follow-up at points of sale (PDV), and pharmacy physicians. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Visits to Healthcare Professionals: Establish relationships with medical professionals to present and promote medications. * Product Education: Provide detailed product information, highlighting benefits, indications, promotions, and relevant features. * Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and competitors. * Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing and promotional strategies. * Ensure optimal distribution and display levels at pharmacies within the assigned territory. * Achieve assigned visit coverage targets for office-based physicians, hospital physicians, pharmacies, and other customers assigned to your territory. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed or incomplete undergraduate degree in administrative fields; a background in health sciences is desirable. * Five years of experience as a Medical Representative or in high-performance sales roles. * Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with healthcare professionals. * Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical products, as well as understanding of medical and therapeutic concepts. * Demonstrable experience in sales and achievement of targets within the medical or pharmaceutical industry. * Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of self-motivation.
