**Position: Logistics Coordinator / Teziutlán, Puebla** **Location:** Teziutlán, Puebla **Department:** Logistics / Operations **Employment Type:** Full-time **Willingness to Travel:** Yes **Job Objective** Coordinate and supervise the operational status of buses in the workshop, ensuring their availability, maintenance, and compliance with quality standards to guarantee coverage of passenger transportation services. ️ **Key Responsibilities** * Authorize bus departures following inspection. * Perform bus, driver, and maintenance assignment duties. * Assign shifts and manage driver schedule changes. * Track operational requests and ensure agile and effective processes. **Requirements** * **Minimum Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree — Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in logistics, transportation, or vehicle maintenance * **Required Knowledge:** * Transportation routes * Proficiency in PC and software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) **Performance Indicators** * Implementation of operational solutions * Vehicle quality * Operational coverage * Tracking of requests **Important Note** This position is **exclusively for on-site work in Teziutlán, Puebla**.
