Specialized customer support and advisory services We are EDEGA Latin America, a Mexican company with over 15 years of experience in managing risk products and specialized services for the automotive industry. **We are seeking a:** **INCENTIVE ANALYST** ***Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in: Economics and Administration, Computer Systems, Actuarial Science. Technical knowledge of data modeling and database design (documentary proof required) Intermediate to advanced Excel; Visual Basic programming (Optional\-Ideal) SQL programming language (Basic\-Intermediate) 1 year of experience in: Commercial information analysis, data organization and interpretation, accurate forecasting, and impeccable presentation of data and results in a coherent and effective manner. **Responsibilities** * Calculation of UDI and commissions * Tracking input loading and performing information validations * Preparation of files for semi-automated calculations * Monitoring the creation, deletion, and modification of payment schemes\+B18 * Updating AIC portal parameters according to payment schemes * Controlling and reviewing received invoices * Preparing purchase orders and receiving reports; executing mass invoice submissions for payment processing; notifying payments and invoice rejections * Uploading orders to the AIC portal * Providing timely and appropriate customer support via telephone calls and various email accounts * Delivering specialized support with comprehensive responses enabling first-contact resolution * Advising users on AIC portal usage and supporting them through their invoice payment process **Competencies:** * Excellent spelling * Analytical skills * Results-oriented mindset * Goal-driven work approach * Problem-solving ability * Customer service orientation **We Offer** * Salary: MXN 15,000\-17,000 * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Monthly food vouchers worth MXN 1,200 * 20 days of Christmas bonus * Savings fund * Life insurance * SGM Please send your CV to pagrocat@edega.com.mx or apply through this channel.
